Thank you for choosing Bloom MedSpa for your aesthetic treatments. In order to serve our patients better, we have provided disclosure of our service terms and conditions. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us.
Bloom MedSpa has a 48-hour cancellation policy. We schedule our clinicians in advance to accommodate our patients. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment time and day.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum cancellation fee of $50 for notice of rescheduling or cancellation with less than forty-eight hours notice.
We have a no refund policy for services provided, pre-paid treatments (once purchased), gift cards, wellness products, or supplements purchased from Bloom MedSpa. If you cannot use pre-paid services, the unused treatments may be extended up to twelve (12) months, with a credit applied to your patient account.
Unopened products (supplements, wellness, and skincare goods) may be exchanged for another product up to five (5) days after purchase, with a receipt.
Our team of clinicians is trained and certified, and we are committed to providing safe, affordable, and effective aesthetic and wellness services. Every patient receives a free consultation and medical review. We may also interview our patients regarding current prescription medications and nutritional supplements.
Results from aesthetic services are not an exact science. And how you respond to any given treatment may vary from other patients. Our clinicians will be honest and forthcoming about the average results of specific treatments and provide recommendations based on results data from other patients.
We do not offer a refund or credit for services if the results of your aesthetic treatments are not as expected. We will make every effort to help you reach your aesthetic and wellness goals at our medical spa.
Revisional treatments to correct rare or unexpected results from a medical spa service may be required. Bloom MedSpa does not offer a guarantee or warranty on services provided (expressed or implied). Patients requiring revisional treatments will incur additional treatment costs.
Right to Refusal of Service
If our clinical team determines that any clinical aesthetic or wellness treatment may be contraindicated, conflict, or represent a risk to the patient’s health or well-being, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Patients who are under the influence of controlled substances will be refused treatment. Please ensure that you follow the pre-treatment guidelines provided by Bloom MedSpa for your safety.
Bloom MedSpa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason.
